Winchester Model 1895, .30-40 Krag cal. lever action rifle. Serial #29697, mfg. 1900. Very good condition. 28" barrel has a good bore with some darkness and light pitting. Brass blade front sight. Adjustable buckhorn rear sight. Blue finish is 90% with some handling wear to the receiver and typical cycling wear to the magazine. Smooth walnut stock and Schabel forearm are in great shape with some fine light handling marks to the butt stock. Crescent steel buttplate. Beautiful Winchester from 1900! C&R OK. Gunrunner West item.
