Colt Detective Special, .38 Special cal. double action revolver.  Serial #C46521, mfg. 1973.  Fair to good condition.  2" barrel has a very good bore, low profile blade front sight.  70% blue finish with general wear, scattered light corrosion and an index line on the six round cylinder.  Solid action lock up.  Wood checkered grips have a number of hits on the lower section of both grips.  Looks like it was a back-up duty weapon.  C&R OK.
