BSA Monarch, .222 Rem. cal. bolt action rifle.  Serial #2P4033, mfg. England.  Very good condition.  24” heavy varmint barrel has excellent bore and blue with some areas of light surface rust.  Receiver and trigger guard have excellent blue.  Bolt has some light surface rust.  Stock has “Weatherby style” blonde finish with contrasting rosewood grip cap and slanted forend tip.   Strong checkering and cheek piece.  Original recoil pad is collapsed and will need replacing.  Fitted with Tasco 3x-9x variable scope with fine cross hairs and clear optics.  Undoubtedly a tack driver!
