Remington #4 Cadet Rolling Block Takedown, .22 cal. single shot rifle.  Serial #313.  Excellent condition.  28” barrel has very good bore with string rifling.  Barrel has very good finish turning brown with crisp address markings.  Stamped: “REMINGTON ARMS – UNION METALLIC CARTRIDGE CO.”  Correct two-piece rear sight and Lyman folding tang sight.  Receiver has 70% case colors with good screws.  Rolling block and hammer are excellent.  Stock and forearm have excellent original varnish with very few minor handling marks.  No barrel band or handguard which is correct for this model.  Factory sling swivels.  Action works perfectly.  Extremely rare - estimated only 300 produced!  C&R OK.
