Ithaca Lefever Nitro Special, 16 ga. side by side shotgun.  Serial #158658, mfg. 1924.  Good condition, all matching numbers.  Double triggers and extractors.  28” barrels have shiny bores, couple dings on top rib.  2 ¾” chambers, choked MOD & FULL.  Barrels have 30% original finish, touched up with cold blue.  Receiver and trigger guard have little remaining finish – mostly “mottled”.  Stock and forearm have been re-finished.  Gunlocks up tightly and works fine.  A good, solid shooter!  C&R OK.
