Smith & Wesson Model 17-4 "K-22 Masterpiece", .22 long rifle cal. double action revolver.  Serial #83K5092, mfg. 1980.  Excellent condition.  8 3/8” pinned barrel has excellent bore, ramp front sight with micro-adjustable rear.  Barrel and 3-screw frame have near 100% blue.  Cylinder has 98% blue with light index wear.  Wide target trigger and hammer are nicely case colored.  S&W laminated grips are a later addition.  Double action works fine and locks up tightly.  Original S&W blue box is excellent, but end label indicates serial #83K5091!  Includes S&W instruction and warranty cards.
