Winchester Model 70, .270 WCF cal. bolt action rifle.  Serial #131951, mfg. 1950.  Excellent condition.  24” barrel has excellent shiny bore.  Barrel has 98% blue with slight muzzle wear and crisp address markings.  Hooded ramp front sight and open rear.  Receiver has near 100% matte finish.  Correctly numbered bolt.  Trigger guard and floor plate have 95% finish with light edge wear.  Stock has excellent original finish with strong checkering and numerous light handling marks.  Correct checkered butt plate and sling swivels.  Fitted with vintage Weaver 2.5x scope with plain crosshairs, clear optics in Williams detachable mount.  Bolt action works smoothly of course.  A fabulous old Model 70 from the Golden Age!  C&R OK.
