Ruger Single-Six Old Model, .22 long rifle cal. single action revolver.  Serial #49589, mfg. 1956.  Excellent condition.  5 1/2” barrel has excellent bore and blue with light muzzle wear, fixed sights.  3-screw frame and trigger guard have 98% blue.  Early-style “flat gate” loading port.  Nicely polished hammer.  Simulated horn stag grips are excellent.  In original box.  Single action works fine and locks up tightly.  An exceptional early Single Six.  C&R OK.
