Winchester 60A, .22 short, long or long rifle cal. bolt action single shot rifle.  NSN, mfg. pre-WWII.  Good condition.  23” barrel has very good bore.  Barrel/Receiver has 60% original finish turning patina, crisp address markings.  Stock has 50% original varnish, thinning in butt stock.  Bolt action works fine.  Hand-cock feature for safety – good choice for a “first rifle.”  C&R OK.
