French .69 cal. percussion pistol.  Serial #185, mfg. St. Etienne, France, 1822.  Very good antique condition.   Interesting conversion of an earlier flintlock pistol.  8” steel barrel has very good smooth bore.  Percussion lock has nicely filled-in area over flintlock pan.  French script on lock plate and “St. Etienne” cartouche on left side.  Brass furniture is very good.  Ramrod and lanyard ring present.  Lock cocks nicely – gun is completely functional.  Completely correct in all respects – a very high quality antique martial pistol!  Antique, can ship to your door.
