U.S. Remington Model 1903A3, .30-06 cal. bolt action military rifle.  Serial #3605158, mfg. 1943.  Very good condition.  Standard early GI issue to U.S. troops during WWII. 24” two-groove barrel has excellent bore.  Barrel is marked: “RA – 8-44”.  ME gage is “0”.  Barrel and receiver have excellent parkerized finish.  Floor plate and trigger guard have near 100% parkerized finish.  Stock has good finish with numerous light hits and dings.  No inspection marks are visible.  Nice GI canvas sling.  An exceptional example!  Lots of WWII history here!
