U.S. M1 Garand, .30-06 cal. auto military rifle.  Serial #5589841, mfg. by Harrington & Richardson in 1955.  Very good condition.  Standard GI issue for U.S. troops during Korean War.  H&R receiver - SA bolt, Op-rod, trigger group.  H&R barrel (3-55).  Excellent bore . Muzzle  measurers at just over  1  T.E. is 2.5. Parkerization is 95%.  New replacement  birch  stock is excellent.  S.A. trigger group and bolt. H&R op-rod.  Should be a great shooter!  Very handsome. Leather sling. C&R OK.
