High Standard HD-Military, .22 long rifle cal. auto pistol.  Serial #147147, mfg. 1945 in New Haven, Conn.  Very good condition.  6 ¾” barrel has excellent bore, 60% blue thinning towards muzzle.  Ramp front sight and adjustable rear.  Slide and frame have 75% blue with edge and grip wear.  Checkered plastic grips are excellent.  Correct magazine.  Action works fine – a beautifully made .22 autoloader!  C&R OK.
