Fixed sights. +P rated.  Barrel and frame have 98% stainless finish.  Cylinder is 98% with light index marks.   S&W marked rubber grips are excellent.  In S&W  cardboard box with gunlock and instructions.  Double action works fine.  A perfect one for concealed carry.
