Winchester Model 90, .22 short cal. slide action rifle.  Serial #692386, mfg. 1926.  Very good condition.  24” octagonal barrel has very good  bore with strong rifling.  Barrel and receiver have 60% original finish, turning brown.  Address markings are faint.  Stock and forearm have good finish with numerous handling marks.  Crescent rifle butt plate.  Slide action works fine.  Vast majority of these were “shooting gallery guns” and had really hard lives - this one is in surprisingly good condition!  C&R OK.
