Remington Model 1917 Sporter, .30-06 cal. bolt action rifle.  Serial #2230861.  Good condition.  24” barrel has shiny bore, fitted with Herters muzzle brake.  Barrel and receiver have 90% re-blued finish with some light surface rust.  Trigger guard and floor plate have 50% finish with surface corrosion.  Bishop sporter stock has very good finish with black forend tip and cheek piece.  Fitted with vintage Weaver K4 scope with plain cross hairs and clear optics.  Nice leather sling.  Nice old military sporter-  should be a good shooter.  C&R OK.
