U.S. Model 1816 Flintlock Pistol.  NSN.  Mfg. Simeon North, Middletown, Conn.  Very good condition.  9 1/16” barrel has very good bore.  Barrel, hardware and trigger guard have no remaining finish with surface corrosion, “US” marking s near breech.  Flint lock has later type markings:  “S North”, Eagle with “U” and “S” on each side, “MIDLtnCONN” on bottom.  Wooded ramrod is present.  Stock is very good with some dings in left grip and small chunks missing around breech area.  Flint lock works OK.  Straight and original early US martial pistol.  Antique – can ship to your door.
