U.S. Remington Model 1917, .30-06 cal. bolt action military rifle.  Serial #328290, mfg. 1918.  Excellent condition.  Standard U.S. infantry issue during World War I. 24” barrel has excellent bore.  Remington marked and dated: “5-18”.   Gun appears to have never been issued and then re-finished and parkerized during WWII.  Receiver and stock hardware have excellent parkerized finish.  Stock has excellent finish with few light handling marks.  Correct inspection stamp.  Nice leather military sling.  Gun may be unfired.  The nicest 1917 we have ever seen!  C&R OK.
