Remington 40XB, .22 long rifle cal. bolt action single shot target rifle.   Serial #33901B, mfg. 1967.  Very good condition.  28” heavy target barrel has excellent bore and blue.  Fitted with mounting blocks for target sights and scopes.  Receiver is near 100% with side mounting block for target sights.  Bolt is serial numbered to the gun.   Stock has wide target forend with accessory rail and adjustable butt plate.  Stock has numerous handling marks and nicks.  Action works fine. Remington’s ultimate .22 target rifle!  C&R OK.
