Winchester Model 1892, .25-20 cal. lever action rifle.  Serial #201622, mfg. 1902.  Very good condition.  24” octagonal barrel has good bore with worn rifling, 80% original finish with edge wear and crisp address markings.  Beeches folding front sight and open rear.  Receiver and lever have 60% finish with edge wear and light surface corrosion.  Stock and forearm have very good original finish with light handling marks - appears to be some fine writing scratched into left side butt- barely visible.  Curved rifle butt plate.  Lever action works fine – a really clean 1892!  C&R OK.
