Barrels have no remaining finish with extensive surface corrosion. Receiver has 20% finish with some surface corrosion. Stamped: “S. Webb, Maker, Warren, Ohio” on left side. Stamped: “Dec. 25-37” on right. Walnut stock and forearm have very good finish and checkering with curved rifle butt plate. Forearm and butt stock are loose on the frame. Action is tight and works OK. Really interesting and rare combo gun! C&R OK.

Barrels have 85% re-blued finish with some fine corrosion underneath. Frame and back action locks have no remaining finish with some corrosion underneath. Hammers are replacements. Stock and forearm have thinning finish with worn fine checkering, European cheek piece. Smooth steel butt plate has been refinished. Lock up by double under bolts and dolls head is solid. Locks work fine. Nice European combination gun for deer and small game. C&R OK.

Much of the original blue finish is thinning and beginning to turn brown. Checkered wood stock and forearm are in very good condition. The stock has wood filler in two places where there was once sling swivels. Replacement screw on the trigger guard. The black checkered plastic butt plate is in good shape. Looks like it'll provide many more years of service to come.

Savage Model 2400, .222 Remington/12 ga. over/under combination gun. Serial #87317V, mfg. in Finland by Valmet. Very good condition. Valmet contract for Savage Arms. Interesting and useful combination gun with a 12 ga. 2 3/4" chambered shotgun on the top vent rib barrel and .222 Remington rifle barrel on the bottom. Barrel are 23 1/2" and both have excellent bores. Tight action. Bluing is 98% and nice! Barrel selector on trigger. Tang safety. Semi-gloss Monte Carlo type stock appears to have been shortened as there is a lightening in the finish and the LOP is only 13 1/2" over the Savage marked black recoil pad. Leather sling. Flip-up rear sight. Blade front sight. Wears a Bushnell Sportview 3x-9x variable scope with four-plex crosshairs clamped onto a one-piece scope mount. Some marks on wood from a buckle. Checkered. Some light engraving on blue receiver. Leather sling. Ripped out for turkey or varmint busting! Unique and wonderfully made with the Finnish engineering. Gunrunner West item.

Shotgun chambered for 3" magnum shells, modified choke. 90% blue finish on barrels with some age spotting on top. Satin chrome receiver with game scene is very good with light wear. Williams plastic hammer extension. Gold colored trigger. Stainless trigger guard has heavy finish wear. Checkered wood stock and forearm are good with general wear and some light hits and scratches. Plastic butt plate is very good. 14" LOP. Barrel selector is on hammer. Gold trigger. A dandy! NO more of these.... Alas!

Matte nickel reciever is engraved with wide scroll work. Double triggers. Extractors. Fine hand cut checkering is nice and sharp. Straight grained European satin finished stock has a left cheekpiece and brown Pac pad. Flip-up rear sight. Front sight has a brass accent. Some marks on the wood. Very impressive older piece crafted in West Germany. Wears a Leupold 1.5-5x variable scope with four-plex crosshairs. Sauer mount and rings. The screws in the rings are varied a bit (see photo). Tremendous drilling with Empire Grade scroll engraving and "Charles Daly" on both sides of the receiver and dark chocolate brown highly figured deluxe wood. Marked "J.P. Sauer" on 28" ribbed Krupp marked steel barrels. All three barrels have excellent bores - two 12 ga. barrels side by side (MOD/FULL)and one .30-30 caliber barrel below. Flip-up tang sight. Sidelocks. Cross bolt Greener style lock-up on top and side cocking lever for rifle barrel. English marks as well - see photos for "Crown" marks and "Crown U" marks. Round knob with fine line hand checkering. Double triggers. Extractors. Some traces of case color on the frame. Marked "Made in Prussia" on frame and barrels. Hard checkered butt. A masterpiece! Surely a gentleman's sporting firearm that was used for everything from gamebirds to stag to boar and could even have been used in Africa. 26 3/4" barrels. Beautifully engraved with a wildlife scene of stag and birds on the left receiver side and two big hares on the right side with lots deep floral work. Beautiful! The receiver and the carry area of the barrels are gray without finish. 40% blue on barrels. Tight lock-up. Sliding tang lever raises the rear rifle sight. Claw type scope mounts on barrel tops. Combination bead/blade front sight for rifle and shotgun use. Double triggers. Barrel selector on left side of wrist. Horn triggerguard and buttplate. Wood has a plain figure with hunting marks. Cheekpiece. Fine checkering is getting smooth. Some hairline cracks on the left side of the wood over the wrist that are tight. Toe has some wood missing (see photo). Checkered forearm. Shotgun barrels have clean shiny bores with pitting ahead of breeches for half their length. Outside finish has turned mostly brown. Fine bead front sight and narrow flip-up rear. 2 ½” chambers, choked MOD/FULL. Rifle barrel has strong rifling with light pitting. Proofed for black powder. Barrel is stamped 118/35. Frame and back action locks have turned mostly patina with bold Germanic scroll engraving. Lock up by double under bolts and doll head. Side lever operation. Stock and forearm have well-worn finish and checkering with heavy handling marks. Original narrow European sling swivels. Action is tight and locks work fine. Really fine old drilling! Paul Jaeger-Ruger Red Label Combination Set, .45-70 cal./20 ga. over/under rifle/shotgun. Serial #400-18919, mfg. 1984. Excellent condition. Very rare combination set made up by Paul Jaeger of Jenkintown, PA 35 years ago of over/under .45-70 cal. barrels (24") and 20 ga. over/under (26" SKEET/SKEET). 99% blue. Walnut stock has nice figure and a satin finish with black Pac pad. 24" rifle barrel has an excellent bore and two-leaf, one fixed rear sight and ramp front sight in the European tradition. Single selective trigger. Top lever over right and tight. Nicely checkered. Sling swivel out on barrel on the rifle barrels. Only about 20 of these were made and they seldom surface on the market, but here it is! Hard cased in a Zoli green/black hard case with original "Guns Illustrated" 1985 article about the conversion and original invoice detailing the conversion for $2500. Savage Model 24, .22 Hornet/20 ga. rifle/shotgun combination gun. Serial #D645079. Excellent condition. The rare .22 Hornet on top and the bore is excellent as is the 20 ga. bore! 24" barrels. 98%++ bluing is wonderful. Case-colored receiver is 98%++ as well. Semi-gloss walnut stock has a high comb for the scope with hard butt - just a couple of light impressions in the finish. Pressed basketweave checkering. Groove forearm. Barrel selector on hammer. Sling swivels - one barrel and one on buttstock. Flip-up rear sight. Ramp front sight. 3" magnum chamber on the 20 ga. barrel. Wears a Weaver 2.5x scope with medium crosshairs on a one-piece mount. Shotgun barrel has 3” chamber, choked FULL. Frame has near 100% Case colors. Hardwood stock and forearm have excellent smooth finish with few very light marks. Action works fine – gun appears fired very little. Terrific little bunny and squirrel gun!

Excellent condition. 24” shotgun barrel has clean shiny bore, 3” magnum chamber with one FULL choke tube. 24” rifle barrel has excellent bore. Barrels have fixed sights with accessory rail fitted for optics. Frame and trigger guard have excellent finish. Double gold triggers. Walnut stock and forearm have very good finish and checkering with factory recoil pad and sling swivels. Gun locks up tight and locks work fine. Excellent, rugged combination gun!
