Colt Python, .357 magnum cal. double action revolver.   Serial #E4780, mfg. 1969.  Excellent condition.   Super Snake Gun with that oh so rare short barrel! Wow! 2 ½”” barrel has excellent bore, 90% blue with muzzle wear and a rub mark on left side.  Ramp front sight and adjustable rear.  Frame has 97% blue.   Cylinder is 95% with light flute and index wear.  Polished hammer has couple tiny spots of surface corrosion.  Colt walnut checkered grips are excellent.  Double action works fine with tight lock-up.  Silky smooth action.  Nice example of Colt’s finest!
