U.S. Springfield Model 1873 Trapdoor, .45-70 cal. single shot military rifle.  Serial #269660, mfg. 1885.  Excellent re-finished  condition.  33” barrel has excellent bore, target front sight and Buffington rear.  Barrel, action and lock have excellent re-blued finish.  Stock has excellent re-finished wood with few light marks, vivid inspector’s cartouche.  Action works fine.  Nice leather sling.  Ready for the range!  Antique, can ship to your door.
