Lebel M1886, 8mm Lebel cal. bolt action service rifle.  Serial #40074, mfg. Chatellerault Arsenal, France, 1889.  Good condition.  31.5” barrel has worn bore with decent rifling, correct sights.  Barrel and receiver have 40% remaining finish with crisp markings, matching numbers.  Stock has good finish with numerous handling marks, matching numbers. Stock hardware is very good.  Includes correct Epee needle bayonet and scabbard.  Bolt action works smoothly.  A nice, complete rifle and bayonet set – great for reenacting!   Antique, can ship to your door.
