Winchester Model 52C, .22 long rifle cal. bolt action target rifle.  Serial #88060C, mfg. 1956.  Good condition.  26” heavy target barrel is a British-proofed replacement.  Bore is excellent.  Barrel is polished bright and has dovetails for open sight mounting at muzzle and on side of action.  Barrel is also drilled and tapped in three locations for scope blocks.  Receiver has 50% original blue, safety has been removed.  Trigger guard has excellent original blue.  Bottom of 5-shot magazine has been buffed smooth.  British proof marks on barrel and receiver.  Heavy target stock has accessory rail in forearm, barrel tuning screws.  Original finish has been removed.  Undoubtedly a good shooter.  C&R OK.
