Winchester Model 74, .22 short cal. auto-loading rifle.  Serial #57681, mfg. 1940.  Very good condition.  Nice "gallery" gun in .22 short! 24” barrel has excellent bore and 96% blue, crisp markings.  Receiver and trigger guard have 90% original finish.  Stock has excellent original finish with some light handling marks, but someone has added checkering to the stock.  Auto-loading action works fine.  Extremely rare in .22 short!  C&R OK.
