Remington Model 11 Military, 12 ga. auto shotgun.   Serial #491738, mfg. 1943.  Very good condition.   25” plain barrel has clean shiny bore, fitted with Cutts Compensator.  2 ¾” chamber with one FULL choke tube.  Barrel and receiver have excellent matte finish.  Barrel and receiver have US ordnance stamps.   Receive is also stamped: “Military Finish” on left side.  Plain walnut stock and forearm have excellent smooth finish.  Forearm has a hairline crack on bottom.  Butt stock has “FJA” stamp on left side.  Used to train B-17 & B-24 aerial gunners.  Nice piece of WWII history!   C&R OK.
