Enfield, .58 cal. cut-down percussion musket.  NSN.  Fair condition.  35”smoothbore barrel has decent bore, 50% old re-blued finish.  Much corrosion around nipple area.  Rear sight is missing ladder. Tower-marked lock and hammer work well and have crisp markings.  Incorrect screw on hammer.  Stock has been cut down, sanded smooth and re-finished.  Nice brass trigger guard and butt plate.  Possible cut-down surplus by Bannermans?  Antique – can ship to your door.
