Colt Python, .357 magnum cal. double action revolver.  Serial #39967, mfg. 1964.  Excellent condition.  4" vent rib barrel has an excellent bore, fixed front and adjustable rear sights.  99%+ bright blue finish with the only wear being a very faint cylinder index line.  Solid and smooth action.  Colt emblem inset into checkered walnut grips with sharp checkering with the only detraction being a small scratch on the bottom on the left grip.  Exceptional condition early Python that may have only been factory fired.  No box or papers, but certainly a top shelf collector snake gun!!!  C&R OK.
