Smith & Wesson Regulation Police (pre-war), .38 S&W cal. revolver.   Serial #27687.  Good condition.  4” barrel has excellent bore, fixed sights, crisp address markings.  Barrel and frame have 75% finish with edge and muzzle wear.   Cylinder has flute and index wear.  Five-screw frame, all matching numbers.  S&W checkered grips are very good with correct patent stamp on bottom.  Double action works fine.  Neat “I” frame S&W!   C&R OK.
