Custom Springfield Krag 1896, .30-40 cal. bolt action carbine.   Serial #49426, mfg. 1896.   Antique. Good condition.  22” barrel has slightly worn rifling, cut down from infantry rifle.  Blade front sight and model 1902 rear.  Receiver, magazine and bolt have fine surface corrosion.  Stock has been cut down from rifle.  Stock has very good finish.  Bolt action works OK.  A good shooter.  Antique, can ship to your door.
