German Fireman's Dress Dagger.  Mfg. Germany during WWII.  No maker code on the blade.  Good condition.  7 3/4" blade is very good with some light sharpening and plating lifting at the tip.  Includes the leather washer.  Metal fittings show some age.  Black checkered grips are excellent.  12 1/2" overall length.  The black painted scabbard has some finish wear.
