Sharps Model 1863 New Model, .52 cal. percussion carbine. Serial #C25134, mfg. 1863. Antique. Good to very good condition. Dandy Civil War carbine with the correct 22" round barrel. Mostly a gray gun that been cleaned up a bit on the barrel - some spots of case color still on the receiver which is nice (see photo of left side). Very good bore with just a hint of pitting. Nice tight action. Sharps pellet priming system above lockplate. Wood is very good with the a distinctive "DFC" inspection stamp (David F. Clark). Steel buttplate. Barrel band. Rear ladder sight.
