Remington Rolling Block, .43 cal. singe shot military rifle.  NSN.  Very good condition.  35” barrel has excellent bore with crisp rifling, very good original brown finish.  Rear sight is missing.  Receiver, trigger guard and breech mechanism have little remaining finish, slightly dinged screws, good address markings on tang.  Interesting “Fleur-de-lis” mark on barrel ahead of breech.  Stock has good original finish with cartouche mark showing.  Stock is carved with: “Havana, June 10, 1899” on right side.  Three-band forearm is very good with nice hardware, but chipped at muzzle end.  Cleaning rod is missing.  Action is tight and works perfectly.  A nice piece of 19th Century militaria!  Antique, can ship to your door.
