Marlin Model 1889, .32-20 cal. lever action rifle.  Serial #53883, mfg. 1891. Fair condition.  24” round barrel has poor, rough bore.  Barrel, magazine tube and receiver have little remaining finish, mostly turning brown.  Address markings are very faint.  Receiver has dinged screws and some hits.  Stock and forearm have good original varnish with some light hits.  Nice curved butt plate.  Lever action works OK.  Antique – can ship to your door.
