Colt Commercial Model 1911A1, .45 acp cal. auto military pistol. Serial #C171362, mfg. 1933. Very good condition. Wonderful Argentine contract Colt with all of the correct Colt markings - 1913 patent date and right slide markings of "Colt Automatic Calibre .45". On right side of slide is the Argentine crest and "Policia Federal"(see photo). Excellent shiny bore. 70% fading blue is very nice. Vivid markings. Checkered walnut grips show some smoothness as expected. Fixed sights. Barrel serial and slide serial match. Nice tight action. "Colt .45 auto" marked hand-dipped, two-tone magazine is in very good condition. Also three other magazines: One commercial with plastic bottom, two are post WWII military. Includes a soft case.
