Walther P.38, 9mm cal. auto military pistol.  Serial #3747c, mfg. Germany in 1945.  Good condition.  Mismatched serial numbers which is correct for a late war ac45.  5" barrel has very good bore with strong rifling, fixed military sights.  90% dull blue finish on barrel.  Blank slide has a single waffen mark on the right side.  50% blue finish on the slide with uneven finish wear, possibly some cold blue applied.  Frame has 70% blue finish with grip strap wear.  Brown bakelite grips are in very good condition.  "jvd P.38" marked magazine is in very good condition.  Made right at the end of hostilities in 1945.  C&R OK.
