Dandy Model 1862 and so marked on the lockplate and 1863 on barrel top. 32" round barrel has an excellent shiny bore. Works well! Some light pitting on the lockplate as expected. Vivid inspector's stamp on the left side of the stock above the trigger. Three barrel bands. In the white. Early style hammer. Flip-up rear sight. High post front sight. Stock is very good with some marks. "U.S." marked steel buttplate. Steel ramrod. Nice screws. New nipple. Leather sling. Wonderful piece with lots of Civil War history! Antique. Gunrunner West item.
