U.S. M1 Garand, .30-06 cal. auto military rifle. Serial #3830207, mfg. Springfield Armory in 1945. Excellent condition. Very nice later production U.S. M1 Garand from World War II - standard GI issue. Barrel dated "05-45". Bore is shiny and excellent. M.E. is 2 and the T.E. is 3. Lock bar sights. Walnut stock has been refinished with no visible markings. SA trigger group, NM op-rod and bolt. Parkerization is 95% with finish minor edge wear. Good tight action. “The finest battle implement ever devised” according to General Patton. Much WWII history here! C&R OK.

Description

German Hunting Dagger. Mfg. by Eickhorn in Germany during the 1960's. Excellent condition. 10" etched blade has game and hunting patterns etched on each side. The blade is very good with some light runner marks and some lifting to the finish near the logo. Maker marked Eickhorn. Green felt washer. 16 1/2" overall length. Clamshell has a game bird. Cross guard has oak leaves and hooves, one pointing up and the other down. The guard is a little loose with some play. Oak leaves on the cap with an acorn on top. Stag grip is very good and has an elk and DJ on a copper panel that has been scratched on the front. Silver colored fittings with acorn on the front top piece and an etched elk on the bottom piece. Some hits and dings to the metal. Green pebble grain scabbard wrap is very good. Nice one!

Frame has 80% case coloring with some fading underneath. Double triggers and extractors. Electric pencil numbers scratched on bottom of frame. Brown Tenite stock and forearm have good finish and checkering with numerous light scratch marks. Gun locks up tightly and locks work fine. Neat post-war double!

Screw in butt to replace lanyard ring. Double action works fine, lock-up is slightly loose. Still a good shooter and interesting piece of WWII history. C&R OK.

U.S. Remington 1903-A3, .30-06 cal. bolt action military rifle. Serial #3724387, mfg. 1943. Excellent condition. Remington marked 24” 2-groove barrel has excellent bore, dated: “4-43”. ME is “.5”. Barrel and receiver have a very good parkerized finish showing some honest wear, with crisp markings. Correct stamped steel trigger guard and floor plate have some corrosion. F.J.A. marked stock has very good finish with crisp inspector’s marks, very few handling marks. Stock hardware is excellent. Remington bolt. Bolt action works fine. An excellent 1903-A3 – correct in every detail! Take it to Camp Perry and earn some medals! C&R OK.

Smooth walnut grips are excellent. Comes with a second cylinder that has surface rust inside and out. Comes with original box with correct end label, no paperwork. Appears to be unfired. Black powder so it can ship directly to you where permitted.

German Luftwaffe Sword. mfg. by Eickhorn in Nazi Germany. Very good condition. Standard Luftwaffe officer issue in WWII. 30 1/4" blade has a very good finish with some spotting to the finish and a light bend at the tip. Maker marked Eickhorn and Eagle 5 Luftampt. Has blue leather washer. 38 1/4" overall length. Nice silver finish to the cross guard and pommel with very good gold finish. The cross guard has hits to the metal on the top of one side and some hits, dings and scratches to the pommel. The leather and wire wrapped handle is very good. Nice high polish on the cleaned fittings with some wear at the top. Leather wrapped scabbard is very good with light dings, hits and leather repair. Has blue suspension hanger that's in good shape with wear. Neat WWII relic.

Leather washer present. 35" overall length. Gold finish cross guard and handle are very good with some age. Oak leaf pattern over much of the metal with the national emblem on the front and initials on the back of the cross guard. Black painted scabbard is in good condition with heavy door dings and has about 50% finish remaining. Nice Army officer example!
