Colt Python, .357 magnum cal. double action revolver. Serial #E63987, mfg. 1974. Very good condition. 6" barrel has excellent rifling with some darkness in the grooves that should clean up, fixed front and adjustable rear sights. 94% blue finish with some muzzle finish loss, a wear spot on the right side of the receiver and a light cylinder index line and general light high edge wear. The action locks up solid and cycles great. Wears a set of glossy checkered finger groove wood grips that are marked "Colt Python" on the underside. Nice collector and shooter Python from 1974!
