Checkered walnut grips are excellent. Hand-dipped two-tone blue magazine is excellent with "Colt 45 Auto" on bottom. A most outstanding piece and a tremendous find! Accuracy International Artic Warfare, .308 cal. military sniper rifle. Serial #1109, mfg. England in 2006. Excellent condition. Designed in England in the 1980's and gained popularity as a civilian, police, and military rifle. These rifles are designed for performance in extremely cold conditions without impairing operation. 26" threaded barrel with muzzle break has an excellent bore. 98% Black military finish on the barrel and receiver. Fluted bolt to break ice lock with oversized handle. 3 position safety. First position is fire, second locks the trigger leaving the bolt operational for safe clearing, third locks bolt and trigger. Action is butter smooth. FDE folding stock is excellent with adjustable comb, LOP spacers, and soft recoil pad. Quick detach adjustable bipod. Fitted with Schmidt & Bender 4-16x50mm PMII scope with KillFlash 50SBC-ARD. This famous rifle is the first choice for many special operation branches. U.S Colt SAA "Artillery", .45 LC cal. revolver, 5 1/2" barrel, "U.S." marked, 1885, Antique

Description

U.S. Colt SAA "Artillery", .45 Long Colt cal. military single action revolver. Serial #116763, mfg. 1885. Antique. Good condition. The famous military operation to get the .45 Long Colt into the Philippines Insurrection to replace the pitifully inadequate .38 LC cartridge. Colt and the Springfield Armory took the standard 7 1/2" SAA of the Indian Wars and later, reblued and in some cases case-colored the frames, shortened the barrels to 5 1/2", reinstalled a front sight, reblued them and put on walnut stock with the inspector's mark and date of remanufacture - THEN reassembled the SAA's with no regard to serial numbers (with a couple of very collectible exceptions!). This specimen is correct with mixed serial numbers earlier than its frame. The correct inspector's mark of "D.F.C." is on the frame over the serial number. Mostly a gray gun with bright blue on the protected places of the ejector rod housing and some in the cylinder flutes. Walnut grips are marked with the arsenal stamp (O.C.H.?) and the date of "1902" and "R.A.C" arsenal mark on the butt. Nice frame screws. Mechanics are good. "U.S." on left side of frame just right of the patent dates. Vivid markings on barrel top and frame. Looks like this old warrior was definitely on patrol! Lots of U.S. history here! Sharps Model 1874 No. 6, .45 cal. drop block sporting rifle. Serial #157856, mfg. 1877. Excellent condition. 30" octagonal barrel has an excellent shiny bore. Post front sight. Adjustable flip down mid length ladder sight. Screw adjusting tang sight with fine eye aperture. Blue finish on the barrel is 95% with some very fine edgewear. Case color on the receiver is mostly faded to patina with some still visible near the loading ramp. Lever rolling block action is butter smooth and locks up tight as a safe. Oil finished smooth walnut stock and Schnabel forearm are in great shape with some light dings from age. Checkered steel butt plate. This rifle came from the Bridgeport factory and was shipped to Shuler, Hartley & Grahm sporting goods in December 1877. It was part of very large order consisting of 153 rifles! This late 1941 variation was known as the "Black Widow" due to the black grips and black magazine base. Matching serial numbers except magazines. 4" barrel has an excellent shiny bore. 95% blue finish with light holster edgewear. "byf" marked toggle and 41 on the chamber. Eagle/655 military acceptance marks on the right side of the slide. Black checkered plastic grips are in great shape. Comes with one black plastic base magazine ("FXO" with proof) and one aluminum base magazine that are in very good shape (different serial number on bottom with "122" and proof mark on side). Includes unmarked takedown tool, non matching leather belt holster marked 1940 that's in excellent shape shape with crisp stamping and name of GI who captured it. Also comes with C&R OK. Factory reblue is now 98% with some muzzle wear. Fixed rear sight. Half-moon front sight. Excellent mechanics. Five-screw N-Frame with "Triple-Lock" extra locking system. Walnut checkered "diamond" grips are excellent with square butt - one little chip on bottom of right panel (see photo). Case-colored hammer and trigger. 1908 patent date on barrel top. Smooth wood furniture is good with the typical dings and bangs seen on military rifles, has markings inside the stock channel of "361", eagle with the arrows on the left side of the stock with some fading to the lower portion, "C 48" marked on top of the stock and "Circle P" and a hand painted "7" on the underside. Started its life out in 1902 as a 4 ¾” .45 LC cal. and now has a later generation 10” buntline barrel with excellent bore and .44 Special cal. later generation cylinder installed. Appears to be an older reblue and case-color restoration. Some fading in the patent dates and the butt serial number. Bluing is 97% with some marks on the barrel and a cylinder ring. Case-color is 80% on frame. Nice mechanics. Colt Rampant Colt marked checkered hard rubber grips are excellent. Nicely presented in a walnut presentation case with red crushed velvet interior. Included in the presentation case is a vintage box of .44 Special loads shrink wrapped in very good condition. Colt letter is provided, and it indicates this revolver left the factory in 1902 and was shipped to Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett & Company. Great SAA that will shoot wonderfully! Barrel has correct three carbine marks on the muzzle and VP proof marks. Receiver and barrel have 80% original finish with some light pitting to the rear of the barrel. Post front sight and 11 click ladder rear sight. Lock plate has crisp markings. Stock has very good smooth finish with some slight shrinkage around the buttplate. No inspector’s marks on the stock which is typical of the early models. Saddle ring present. Action and lock work fine. "U.S." stamped steel butt plate. Haenel Model Schuetzen Target, 8,15x46 Norma cal. single shot dropping block rifle. Serial #19247, mfg. Germany. Very good condition. Matching serial number on steel butt plate. 31 1/2" octagon barrel has a very good bore with strong rifling, fixed front sight with double eared protectors, missing rear sight. 85% blue finish on the barrel with some light corrosion areas at the muzzle. Very nice case coloring on the receiver and elaborate lever. Dual triggers. The barrel is marked with the caliber, the top of the receiver is marked "Haenel - Original AYDT" and the block is marked with "Crown/B and Crown/U proofs" and "Original SYST.AYDT." The receiver also has the crown proofs. The action works fine. Smooth wood forearm is in very good shape. Elaborate heavy checkered wood target stock with left side cheek rest is in great shape. Swiss style curved metal butt plate and has sling swivels. Has a plaque on the bottom of the stock reading "1934, 20 Deutsches, Bundesschhiessen - Leipzig." Twin bead sights. 2 3/4" chamber. Fixed choke FULL. Original blue finish is 92% with some edgewear and slight fading to the receiver. Refinished American walnut stock with cheek rest is excellent. Bluing is 97% with some slight scratches on the left side of the barrel (see photo). Correctly marked with "Smith & Wesson" on left side of the barrel and ".44 S&W Special CTG." on the right side. 1909 patent date on barrel. Adjustable rear target sights. High pinned front target blade sight. Case-colored hammer and trigger. Silver S&W monogrammed square butt checkered "diamond" grips are excellent. Mechanics are good. Matching serials. Cylinder ring. Winchester Model 71 Deluxe, .348 cal. lever action rifle. Serial #20840, mfg. 1942. Excellent condition. Beautiful war-time Model 71 that is a 99% gun. Production on the Model 71 was very low during the War - some year not even exceeding 100 units a year. This wonderful big-bore never made it to elk camp! Just a couple of freckles on the right side of the receiver, one scrap mark and some tiny scratches on the lower receiver for wear. Wow! Buckhorn rear sights. Hooded front ramp sight. Tight action. Maybe one or two light impressions in the checkered stock. Checkered steel butt plate. 1/2 magazine. For decades here in Wyoming this was the "go to" lever for grizzly, elk and moose with its 250 gr. Silvertip payload. Very nice, very clean, very correct. C&R OK. Gunrunner West item.

Winchester Model 1876, .45-60 cal. lever action rifle. Serial #15990, mfg. 1881. Antique. Very good condition. Outstanding '76 with a very good bore, nice mechanics and 28" octagon barrel. Lots of bright blue on the barrel, magazine tube is some fading blue with a smooth patina and the receiver has 80% blue with going now to patina. 10-click rear ladder sight. Brass blade front sight. Walnut stock is excellent with few marks. Crescent butt has a trap with brass sliding door. Traces of case-color on trigger and hammer. Bottom of breech block is nicely patinaed with a vivid caliber configuration. Dust cover. Cody data sheet confirms present configuration and states this wonderful big bore was shipped from the Winchester factory on August 23, 1881. Top drawer collector! Antique.
