Splendid and ornate Scheutzen rifle! 30” heavily fluted barrel has very good bore with slightly worn rifling, 80% original finish. Barrel is quick-detachable and has German proof marks and #96 stamped underneath. Target scope blocks added. Fine adjustable thin blade front sight and classic German key-adjustable rear peep sight with large target disc with adjustable apertures. Martini-style action has traces of case colors and is heavily engraved with dragon motifs – very interesting! Classic elaborate Scheutzen finger lever with double set triggers. Forearm has quick detachable take down lever and wonderful dog’s head carving with eyes! Scheutzen butt stock has very good finish with few marks, typical German cheek and thumb rest, heavy Scheutzen butt plate. Action is tight and works perfectly. Breathtaking with spiral scroll engraving on all three frame sides and sideplates, triggerguard and upper/lower tang. 26 7/8" solid rib fixed choke barrels have shiny bores and are choked IC (.010) /LM (.015). Straight grip checkered European XXXX wood has beautiful swirls and dark figuring. Sublime! "Gebruder Merkel" marked hard butt. Single selective trigger. Ejectors. Greener type top bolt system is tight. Test-fired at most. Drop at comb 1 1/2", Drop at heel 2 1/2" and 14 3/8" LOP. 6 lbs. 12 oz. The big boomer that will engage targets at 2500+ meters and performed oh so well in the "Sand Box". Originally developed for the Navy in this high-stepping .416 Barrett caliber. NOT for the timid or casual shooter…. Big boys only on this one…. 30" heavy fluted barrel with a massive muzzle brake (you gonna need it). Very substantional and heavy. Military green finish has only a few light marks. Excellent bore. Has been shot very little, if any. Long top Pic rail that will hold any type of optics. Rear adjustable ladder sight on back of rail. One black 5-shot magazine. The auto version of the Barrett is most desirable - the long auto action soaks up the recoil. Lots of ammo available out there! Super nice, super clean! Green (British Type) Carbine, .54 cal. percussion carbine. Serial #1893, mfg. 1855 by Massachusetts Arms Co., Chicopee Falls, USA. Excellent original condition. A rare Massachusetts Arms carbine that was first produced in the USA for the British Empire in 1855 for the Crimean War, but sold surplus to the Union forces during the Civil War. Few have survived (see p. 622 in "Flayderman's"). 18” barrel has excellent heavy rifling, correct sights and beautiful deep blue. Unique side-twist breech block mechanism has beautiful original blue with some fine surface corrosion. Mechanism works perfectly. Lock plate has crisp address markings and British crown stamping with Maynard tape priming system. Stock hardware is all correct. Butt stock of dark walnut is excellent. Lock works fine. Only 2000 ever made, but less than 200 survived and many in bad shape – so this excellent specimen is hugely rare and desirable Civil War-era Calvary carbine – the first we have ever seen! A great find for the advanced Civil War collector! Will front run any Civil War carbine collection! Museum quality! Antique, can ship to your door.

Fine example of a Ferlach Guild double with 28 1/2" PRIMA ESSEN Krupp Steel barrels choked full/full. 2 3/4″ chambers. Double triggers. Deeply engraved game scenes that include ducks, stags and hares with extensive scroll work. European walnut stock is mostly straight grained with satin finish and cheek piece. Fine line checkering is sharp and distinct. Splinter forend, pistol grip stock, basket-weave pattern horn buttplate, horn grip cap and splinter forearm. Extractors. Cocking indicators. The gun bears Austrian proofs, the barrels are marked "PRIMA ESSEN", European style sling swivels with barrel placement and an automatic tang safety. Nice example of a Guild Gun from the 1920's. Buttstock wood has some gaping on left and right at wrist and upper tang which can be fixed. Crescent butt. 60% original varnish. Forearm wood is very good. Wood lined grips have the "Red 9" indicating 9mm vs. the standard 7.63mm caliber. Matching "Red 9" grips are in very nice shape with a few nicks and scratches. Lanyard ring is present. Has been nicely cut-down to half magazine. Some fading blue on barrel - 50% and some brighter blue on the left side of the receiver. Buckhorn rear sight. Post front sight. Crack on left side of forearm (see photo). Wrist has been repaired with a pin (see photo). Crescent butt. Buttstock has been been sanded and is below steel crescent buttplate. Nice mechanics. Nice tight action. Mechanics are wonderful. Ladder rear sight. Brass bladed front sight. Brass opener forward of the trigger. Remington 700 5R Mil-Spec, .308 cal. bolt action rifle. Serial #86780214. Excellent condition. Unfired. A great tactical bolt rifle that was first built as a limited edition using M24 barrels. Stainless 24” barrel has 5R rifling and the unique 1:11.2 twist rate. The finish is tan camo and is 98%, but can be easily removed. The HS Precision stock is bedded and in excellent condition. A Badger Ordnance one piece scope base - same as used on the M40’s. A Leupold Vari-X III, 3.5x-10x Long Range Tactical Scope with M3 bullet drop cam and side mounted focus. BDC is set for .300 magnum but is easily changed. This is about as close you can get to a factory M24 for under $4000.00. Peg 'em in tight!

Gallager Carbine, .50 cal. percussion single shot military. Serial #9984, mfg. 1861 by Richardson and Overman, Philadelphia, PA. Antique. Civil War carbine that saw use by both sides during the war - Ohio, Tenn., W. VA, SC. Gray patina on all metal surfaces. Wear on the lockplate has obscured some of the maker's name and patent dates (see photo). Iron patchbox. Buttstock is choicolate brown and nicely preserved. Locks up tightly. Saddle ring and saddle ring bar. One blurred screw on left frame side. Three leaf rear sights. Post front sight. 22 1/4" round barrel has a good bore. Very exciting Civil War find!
